About Us
Full Flava Foods & Café is the realization of a long-held dream for owner Bridget L. Hill. Our menu features nutritious Southern-style cuisine, along with a variety of healthy meal options, all prepared with you in mind. We aim to provide the downtown and local Canton, Ohio area with featured homestyle dishes, an eclectic ambiance, and superior service. Bridget was raised on food fresh from the garden, cooked with love by her grandmother and mother. She always wanted to provide the area with increased food service, higher quality nutrition, an ethnic food option, a family-oriented environment, and a place for social and professional gatherings. Bridget's roots and knowledge of southern cuisine extend down to Newell, Alabama, where she fondly remembers picking greens, snapping beans, and making biscuits.
